2 COON Tasty slices
2 slices of the bread of your choice
Smoked ham
Asparagus
Red onion
Cracked black pepper
Slice onion thinly and lay evenly onto the bread.
Add a layer of smoked ham, chopped
asparagus and COON Tasty slices.
Grill in a Breville or sandwich toaster for 2-3 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
For extra crispiness use butter on the outside of the bread before toasting.
