Spread the mayonnaise onto the bottom slice of bread.
Add chicken, then onion, then a layer of mushroom.
Spread the pesto onto the COON Tasty cheese slice and place it onto the mushroom.
Place the remaining bread on top and cook in a sandwich maker until the cheese melts.
The pesto mixes with the cheese when it melts - YUM!
